Two Diets That Worked Wonders For Me


Throughout my life, I have tried numerous diets and weight loss programs and often had some success but eventually I gained back the weight.

Sounds familiar ? Yep, I thought so.

You too have probably tried weight loss programs, fad diets, and even crash diets. Losing weight can be extremely frustrating, and it doesn’t help that a good number of the diet, fitness, and general lifestyle ‘solutions’ suggested by the so called ‘experts’ are nothing more than scams meant to rob those who are serious about weight loss and management.

Frustrate no more. There are actually TWO diets that are based on scientifically proven concepts and gave me consistent results.

During my life I have tried a ton of diets, but I got 0 results while I took these diets very seriously. I found out that many people find themselves in this pickle. Carbohydrates Make Us Fat

When we eat carbohydrates, particularly those that are sweet or starchy, our blood sugar increases rapidly. When our blood sugar increases, our pancreas secretes insulin into the bloodstream. Insulin’s job is to bring our blood sugar back to normal levels. It does this by moving the sugar out of the blood and into the muscles, liver and fat cells. If not for insulin, this high blood sugar (aka glucose) would be toxic. As you may know, diabetics need to add insulin to their bodies to keep them alive and functioning.

Why Going Vegan Didn't Work for Me

About six months ago a relative of mine introduced me to some research suggesting that plant based nutrition is a great option not only for people battling with disease, but for everyone in order to stay healthy.
I changed my entire diet and in all my enthusiasm I bought all kind of stuff to support my new life style. I got myself a great juicer, made all kind of smoothies as meal replacements, ate tons of avocados, and stopped eating dead animals.
However in just four months, I'd steadily gained 11 pounds, and experienced other side effects, such as digestive problems, excessive sweating, bloating and constant cravings.
